Abstract
Data mining, a field that can uncover patterns from large repositories, has numerous applications such as building predictive models which can be extremely beneficial in the healthcare industry. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is a hormonal disorder which is largely prevalent among women of reproductive age. In order to help in the diagnosis of PCOS, classification techniques such as Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree and Neural Networks can be applied to classify real time PCOS data based on an established training set. In this paper, an attempt has been made to compare the accuracies and other performance measures of the prior mentioned data mining techniques to predict whether a person is likely to have PCOS or not through.

Generic Biometric Footprint Recognition Framework for Personal Security
Kapil Kumar Nagwanshi, Sipi Dubey and Toran Verma
Abstract
The present paper introduces a matcher framework for footprint based biometric system. Extensive literature survey concerning traditional techniques for access control and latest biometrics technique observed and proved the significance of a footprint based recognition system. The problem has been identified based on the gap. The standard algorithm for enrolment authentication and identification has proposed in the methodology section. The paper defines a generic framework for footprint biometric system. Pre-processing phase normalized the images for further processing. For feature extraction fuzzy logic and neural network, the technique has anticipated in feature set generation Phase. The matching and decision module tries to meet almost all trade-offs between biometric systems. The error rate is also being expected to reduce to level ±1 %.

Deadline and Length Based Dynamic Load Balancing Algorithm
Sangeeta, Suman
Abstract
Cloud computing is rapidly growing due to the enormous benefits it offers over the traditional approach. Earlier, lot of things like buying server, managing traffic and maintenance needs to be managed individually leading to increase in cost and overhead for users. Cloud offers a less expensive and easy way of managing things. There are various challenges for cloud server provider are keeping low makespan time, good service, maintaining the priority by clients, increasing successful tasks, better recourse utilization. To handle this dynamic scheduling algorithm is required. In this paper we have proposed such a dynamic algorithm sufferage, which works on minimum completion times of tasks on different machine. Deadline and length of task is considered as priority of tasks. Results if algorithm are analyzed over different number of tasks (100-250) and 10 resources are taken. Computational Results show that the modified algorithm shows better results in context of makespan, resource utilization and increase tasks to meet the deadline.

Efficient Use of Electronic Waste for CNC Machine
Kushal Verma, Ishita Gianchandani, Sumit Saroha
Abstract
In order to minimize the cost of CNC machine, this paper proposed an idea to recycle the waste material of old computer system. The implementation of this paper consists of the followings: Arduino UNO R3 board, Stepper motors – for the motion of X and Y axes, mini Servo motor, L293D driver IC, Arduino Processing software (freeware), Inkscape software to create G-codes for the input data (freeware), any type of pen or pencil - as the main source of ink. This project is able to draw complex line drawings by plotting the coordinates using simple algorithm. Plotting of coordinates is cultured within G-codes prepared by a software after which it is transferred to the microcontroller by which the motor mechanism is instructed to draw the image or text data, motor mechanism includes X-and Y-axes that can each work independently, yet simultaneously.

Overlook-Monitoring Framework for Cloud Infrastructure
Bondu Venkateswarlu
Abstract
The effective administration of Cloud foundation and organizations is a subject that is as of now pulling in noteworthy intrigue. Complex Cloud organizations can bring about a many-sided layered structure. Understanding the conduct of these various leveled frameworks and how to oversee them ideally are testing undertakings that can be encouraged by inescapable observing. Checking instruments and procedures have an imperative part to play here by social event the data required to settle on educated choices. A wide assortment of observing apparatuses are accessible, from universally useful foundation checking instruments that originate before Cloud figuring, to abnormal state application observing administrations that are themselves facilitated in the Cloud. Reviewing the abilities of observing devices can distinguish the wellness of these devices in serving certain destinations. Checking instruments are fundamental segments to manage different goals of both Cloud suppliers and purchasers in various Cloud operational zones. We have recognized the reasonable abilities that a perfect observing apparatus should have to serve the goals in these operational zones. In light of these recognized capacities, we exhibit scientific categorization and investigations the checking devices to decide their quality and shortcomings. Taking everything into account, we exhibit our appearance on the investigation, talk about difficulties and distinguish future research slants in the territory of Cloud checking.
