Abstract
The online order industry in Malaysia has been forced to revamp their technology support, including the acceptance of Online Order. Due to many of the challenges being faced by SMEs, their growth is being limited. The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the acceptance of online order among Malaysian SMEs using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model as the conceptual framework. Operate more efficiently with their customers, and to maintain competitive relevancy on top of to understand the information technology, online order usage, and the owners' intention if using it in their businesses.

Opportunistic use of Accrual Earnings in Financial Reporting: A Study of BSE Listed Firmsin India

Abstract
The study attempted toexplorethe role of discretionary accrualto conceal the actual earnings as a part of misapplication of flexible area in financial estimate in Indian BSE listed companies.As accruals have always provided a common opportunity to deceive financial statements users where the effect causes the financial statements not to be presented, in all material respects,and so along with the H&C (2002) model for total accruals, the most admired DeAngelo (1986)model has been applied for calculatingdiscretionary accruals as part of the treatment for potential earnings management practices for the study. With the sample of BSE listed (industry wise) top 50 companies in India from 2010-2014, an attempt is made to investigatematerial misstatements issue with respect to industry classification on the basis of service and non-service sectors. It is found thatthe service sector industries are involve in income decreasing earnings management practices while non-service sector industries are in reverse practice.Apart from negative correlation between assets size of the firm and discretionary accruals. It isfoundthat the entities of all sizes are susceptible with aberrant pattern anddespite the fact thatthe large firms are engage in income decreasing earnings management practices, on the contrary the small firms aremore likely involve in income increasing practicesin financial reporting of service or non-service sector under which it is operating.

Socio-Economic Status and Quality of Life of Women in Hostels

Abstract
Hostels are temporary dwelling place for women working far away from their native place. Hostels provide the same facilities as that of their home besides certain limitations. Women with different socio-economic status can be seen in working women hostels. Quality of life can be defined as the degree to which a person enjoys the important possibilities of his/her life. Possibilities result from the opportunities and limitations each person has in his/her life and reflect the interaction of personal and environmental factors. Enjoyment has two consequences i.e. the experience of satisfaction and the possession or achievement of some characteristic6. The present study aims at assessing the socio-economic status of working women staying in the hostels and to evaluate the quality of life provided in the hostels by assessing the satisfaction level on various facilities provided there. The study conducted by grouping the women on the basis of their age and its dependence on satisfaction on various facilities provided in the hostel, it is observed that there is no dependence of satisfaction on various facilities and quality of life on the age of women.

A Study on Operational Performance of Indian Commercial Banks

Abstract
The Indian financial system consists of different types of financial institutions which are responsible for the development of the country’s economy. Commercial banks are the major financial institutions and are the most active sector of the Indian money market. Commercial banks play an important role in the mobilization and allocation of resources in an economy. The performance of the commercial banks in a larger prospective affects the growth of the economy. The present paper attempts to study the working and operational performance of the Indian commercial banks. In this regards the indicators selected to study are Aggregate Deposits mobilized by Scheduled Commercial Banks, credits and investments made by the schedule commercial banks, Credit-Deposits Ratios, Investment-Deposits Ratios, and the Share of Scheduled Commercial Banks in the Priority Sector Lending. This study covers the working performance of entire commercial banks which are operating in the country for a period of ten years. The paper concludes the schedule commercial banks of Indian have been significantly performing satisfactory and contributing to the national growth of the country.

Financial Inclusion: A Viable Option for Inclusive Growth

Abstract
Financial inclusion is an important tool in the hands of government to achieve an overall growth of the country. India has been currently the second-highest number of financially excluded households in the world. It is a part of our economic policy from the days of independence. The aim of financial inclusion is empowerment of excluded sections of the society. There we can see a binding force between financial inclusion and economic growth. It is necessary to have increased penetration of banking for the successful implementation of financial inclusion. The increase in number of banks leads to economic growth. The study aimed at to explore the need and significance of financial inclusion for economic and social development of society, to analyse the current status of financial inclusion in Indian economy and also to study the access of rural people to bank branches. The study mainly depends on secondary data and percentage analysis is used to analyse the data. From the study it is found that India is showing a fast trend in financial inclusion. Day by day it is opening number of RRBs, ATMs, and so on. Special tools like KCCs and GCCs are issued in large number to cover up rural people.

Perception of Working Women Employees to Work-Life Balance in IT Sector

Abstract
Today’s workforce encompasses a wide variety of employees with specific needs and resources when it comes to balancing work and life roles. The phrase ‘work-life balance’ has become a bit of a buzz phrase within the workforce. This paper focus on the perception of working female employees of IT sector in Gurgaon (Haryana). A sample of 105 working female employees has been selected for the study. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA test is used for the analysis of the study. Study analyzed the perception of female employees working in IT sector to the work life balance on the basis of marital status. Results revealed that married working female employees are affected by job activities at workplace and responsibilities of home. While, unmarried and divorced/separated working female employees are less affected by these type of activities as compared to the married working female employees.
